As a result, the sponsor can call his/her spouse to Canada on spouse dependent work permit visa wherein the spouse will be allowed to legally work in Canada for 40 hours/week and on a full-time basis. To fulfil, the requirements of the spouse dependent work permit the sponsor should be intending to stay in Canada during the time of his/her post-study work permit and should be occupied under the National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill level O, A or B along with providing employment letter and salary slip confirming the same.
